- Do Tony travel overseas to take orders?
Yes, Tony do travel to take orders and to meet our regular customers. He travels mostly to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway and USA. - How do we know your overseas schedules?
You may write an email to tonywynnseree@steponetailor.com to register for circular letters about Tony’s overseas visits. - What is your business hours?
On weekdays 11 AM – 3 PM by appointment only. - How much time do we have to order a suit, pants or shirt?Approximately 3 to 7 days with fitting.
- How could we pay?
Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. No commission charge for any credit card. - Do you keep the sizes and orders of customers?
Yes, we keep the measurements and other records of your orders in our data base for up to 5 years. - What kind of fabrics do you have?
We do have various kind of fabrics, just to name a few… Cashmere Wool, 100% Wool, Wool Mix with Cotton or Polyester, Silky Wool, Silk-Linen, Silk-Cotton, Thai Silk, Egyptian, Oxford, Pin-Point Cotton, Poly Cotton, Pure Linen, Silk and Viscose, Silk Satin, Chiffon and Italian Cotton etc, etc.
